Adi Media Pte Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website rosevalley.co (the “Service”) and the terms for exchange are presented here in this Exchange Policy (the “Policy”). By using the Service. you agree and accept the terms stated in this Policy.
All exchanges will be done only via appointment at our office (the “Appointment”). Please read the details of the Policy carefully before contacting us to fix the Appointment or if you have any enquiry.
Please note that no refunds will be provided unless a product received is faulty and the product is not available for exchange.
An exchange, based on a case-by-case basis, may be accepted given a valid reason only, and subject to item availability.
INVALID REASONS FOR EXCHANGE
Below are examples of reasons deemed invalid or unacceptable for an exchange:
- I don’t like the colours and/or design
- The item and/or its colour don’t suit me
- My mother doesn’t like the items I purchased for her
- I am no longer interested in this item
- I’ve accidentally purchased a duplicate item
LIMITED TIME PERIOD FOR EXCHANGE
All exchanges have to be done within 7 working days upon receipt by you of items bought through the Service. Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept any exchange or return of the item, and any items that were returned to us for exchange but turns out ineligible for exchange will be returned to you.
EXCHANGE FOR PRODUCTS OF DIFFERENT SIZE
A product may be exchanged for one of a different size, and not for a different product. Any exchange is to our discretion, and we reserve the right to not accept an exchange of product.
RELEVANT DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
You shall bring the online invoice(s) and any other relevant documents to the Appointment as proof of purchase to us.
EXCHANGE FOR OUR PRODUCTS ONLY
Exchanges will only be accepted for products bought through the Service.
EXCHANGE FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Besides an exchange for a different size, exchanges shall only be for products that are not in proper condition caused by us, such as being faulty, torn, broken, or already opened from its original packaging or container, which does not include our standard delivery packaging or any packaging that is added by us onto the original packaging of the product.
CONDITION OF PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE
When a product is exchanged for a reason besides being faulty, the product shall be unused, unwashed, unaltered, unworn, with product tags intact and untampered with, and the product shall be in the original packaging (if applicable). At the Appointment, we will examine it and we will advise you on your right to a replacement.
All product descriptions, information and materials posted on the Service are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties, whether expressed, implied or arising from however other manner.
PRODUCT IMAGE MAY DIFFER
Product image as seen on the Service may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.
RIGHT TO REJECT EXCHANGE REQUEST
We reserve the right to reject the exchange request where the request does not meet our requirements for exchange, or any other reason where we see fit not to at our discretion.
IF PRODUCT FOUND NOT FAULTY
In the event the product is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to refund nor exchange the product.
